The following text contains the terms and conditions for the provision of free internet access via a wireless WiFi network (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) in the Outlet Arena Moravia shopping center (hereinafter referred to as “OC Outlet Arena Moravia”).
The Service Provider is the commercial company Euro Mall City Ltd., ID: 27864600, registered office Prague - Karlín, Karolinská 650/1, 186 00, file number C 122 600 maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider").
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") lay down the applicable rules for using the Wireless Internet Service provided by the Service Provider. These Terms are binding on all users of the Service.
For the purposes of these Terms, the User of the Service shall mean a natural person using the Service (hereinafter referred to as the “User”). For each use of the Service, the User's consent with the valid wording of these Terms is required. In the event that the User's consent or refusal by the User to give consent to the valid wording of these Terms and Conditions is not expressed, the establishment of an Internet connection via a wireless WiFi network in the OC Outlet Arena Moravia will not be allowed or the established connection will be suspended.
The service is provided through devices enabling the User to access the Internet wirelessly, which are operated by the Service Provider, especially for customers and visitors of the OC Outlet Arena Moravia.
