Outlet Arena Moravia has received the SafeGuard safe operation label
Covid-19 has affected all retail and service outlets to a greater or lesser extent, with the exception of grocery stores, drugstores, real estate agencies and garden centers. During the lockdown, it was therefore clear that Outlet Arena Moravia must be well prepared for normal operation, to which it will be possible to return after all restrictive measures have been canceled. The company's management has therefore decided to undergo a certification process which guarantees that the operation of the outlet is, so to speak, safe for both employees and shoppers. Protecting the health of customers and employees is paramount. This means that shopping at your favorite outlet is safe with regard to preventing the spread of Covid-19.
The awarded SAFEGUARD certificate guarantees high security standards in accordance with the requirements for preventing the spread of the Covid-19 virus. It looks LIKE THIS.
The certification is provided by BUREAU VERITAS, which aims to offer a comprehensive solution for the timely and safe reopening of stores and restart of businesses. It focuses on sector-specific risks by effectively training teams on good hygiene practices and checking that protective measures are properly set up and implemented. The certification process in Outlet Arena Moravia was three-phase. All employees and related services for the outlet participated in it. The set hygienic processes in the outlet were inspected, as well as the flow of information for reasons of due informedness of the people working here and those who will come to the outlet to shop after the lockdown has been lifted. The certification was thorough and, in some respects, helped us fine-tune the already established processes of transmitting information and compliance with hygiene measures. Arena Moravia Outlet is ready for full operation and the shopping season before Christmas.
